Our Products

Our hams and bacons come from pigs we’ve raised and cared for ourselves. By producing everything in-house, we can stand behind every product that carries our name. It means we know exactly how the animals were handled, how the meat was prepared, and that each step was done properly — not rushed or compromised.

We keep things simple: good quality pork, traditional methods, and attention to detail. That’s what makes the difference in the flavour, texture, and consistency of our products. It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing it right, every time.

Smoked Leg Ham

Traditional English boneless smoked ham. Boneless ham that is double smoked over European beech wood.

Midnight Ham

Traditional English boneless smoked ham. This is a single muscle ham from the bolar blade in the shoulder.

Streaky Bacon

American style hot smoked bacon. These bellies are from our mature pigs giving us a good thick streaky bacon.

Farm: Western Plains Pork, Mt Mercer. This bacon comes from mature pigs.

Breed: Large White, Duroc, Landrace

Ingredients: Pork, salt, dark brown sugar, 100% Canadian maple, rosemary.

Shelf life: 35 days.
