Our hams and bacons come from pigs we’ve raised and cared for ourselves. By producing everything in-house, we can stand behind every product that carries our name. It means we know exactly how the animals were handled, how the meat was prepared, and that each step was done properly — not rushed or compromised.

Traditional English boneless smoked ham. Boneless ham that is double smoked over European beech wood.

Dry rubbed and hot smoked bacon. This is a short cut bacon from our mature pigs that has a good layer of fat. The maple rub gives this bacon a caramel colour.
American style hot smoked bacon. These bellies are from our mature pigs giving us a good thick streaky bacon.
Farm: Western Plains Pork, Mt Mercer. This bacon comes from mature pigs.
Breed: Large White, Duroc, Landrace
Ingredients: Pork, salt, dark brown sugar, 100% Canadian maple, rosemary.
Shelf life: 35 days.
This will be one of the greatest pork products you will ever try. Sweet meat interlaced with fine layers of creamy fat.
